What is Pay and Collect?
Salon Saver Pay and Collect is our freight-free option. Regardless of the value of your order, you can opt to collect your order from one of our offices in Sydney or Perth.

What are the Pay and Collect opening hours?
Pay and Collect is available from our Sydney and Perth offices during regular business hours (9am – 4pm) Monday to Friday only. Unfortunately, this service is unavailable on weekends, public holidays and outside business hours.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
Once your order has been picked and packed, a member of the Salon Saver customer service team will contact you via email to advise your order is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?
When picking up your order, please bring:
- A copy of your emailed order confirmation
- ID (drivers licence, credit card etc.) which corresponds with the details on your order
Orders will only be released when these details are provided.
What if I need my Pay and Collect order ASAP?
If you require your goods sooner, please advise us as soon as you've placed your order via email to organise priority service. Please include your order number when contacting us. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this Pay and Collect service outside of regular business hours (9am – 4pm) or on weekends or public holidays.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
You may pick up your order at reception from your nominated warehouse. See above for warehouse address details.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. If you need to change the nominated person for collection, please email Salon Saver the nominated person’s details along with your order number ahead of time. Goods will not be released without these details. The person collecting your order on your behalf will need to bring:
- Their own ID which matches the name you nominated via email
- A copy of the original emailed order confirmation
What happens if I cannot pick up my order?
Your Pay and Collect order will be held for 14 days from the day your order is invoiced and you are notified via email that your order is ready for collection. After 14 days, your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund of the order value. Please contact Salon Saver if you are unable to collect in the 14 day time frame.
