Exchange or Refund Policy
Items which are either damaged or faulty may be returned to Salon Saver for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (including original freight fee). You may opt for a refund or exchange at your own discretion.
Characteristics of damaged or faulty items include:
- Functional issues which if known would have prevented the customer from purchasing
- Significantly different from the sample or description
- The product does not deliver what is claimed and cannot be easily fixed
- Unsafe

Guarantees
Salon Saver guarantees your goods against any defects arising from faulty workmanship or defective materials within 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions for the item have been fully complied with.
- Bulbs, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from the use of incorrect voltage or negligence, accident or alteration or repairs other than by a Salon Saver Service Centre are not covered by guarantee.
Should your goods require servicing under this guarantee, please return both the goods and a copy of your receipt to Salon Saver.
Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
